Meet the team

We came together to build impactful technology. What bonds us across generational lines isn’t just professional alignment but deeply personal experiences with the challenges around aging. We’ve walked this path firsthand: navigating the loss of a parent while supporting a newly independent mother, being a peer and trusted confidant in aging and living in a multi-generational household.

Existing solutions have remained largely unchanged, failing to adapt to evolving needs. We started this company to fill in the gaps we saw and provide options to help adults thrive as they live independently. Our start came from technology developed to support WLLO Village members in West Linn-Lake Oswego area. That pilot served over 40 users and created an enhanced sense of connection, reassurance and confidence in daily life. We want to extend this result to everyone who may be searching for ways to help themselves or a cared-one live independently longer.

Our diverse Portland-based team comprises of former Nike and Intel technologist, medical doctor and serial entrepreneurs who are passionate about building tools to empower rather than alarm, that support independence rather than signal dependency.
