Meet the team

Hello Everyday was born from a simple realization: existing safety tools are failing the people they are meant to serve. They are too complex, too intrusive or focus more on the "emergency" than the life being lived.

Our team represents the bridge between generations experiencing the nuances of aging in multiple angles. We are a diverse group of Portland-based technologists, medical doctors and entrepreneurs. We are also sons, daughters and peers who have felt the anxiety that comes with aging alone.

Following a tragic loss in our local West Linn-Lake Oswego community, Mark —a retired physician and electrical engineer — worked alongside WLLO Village members to co-design a better way. Our pilot proved that technology doesn't need to be complicated to be life-changing; it just needs to be reliable.

We are building tools to empower rather than alarm and promote independence rather than signal dependency. Our mission is to provide impactful solutions with zero friction ensuring that every home is a place of quiet comfort and absolute confidence.
