Can the device work anywhere?

The device operates with low-band cellular signal (in the U.S. and Canada) that uses only tiny bits of data. So even if your phone doesn’t get good service in your home, it may still work. Please chat, call or email us to confirm the likelihood of service if there are concerns.

How is it pet-friendly?

Although the sensor cannot see the difference between one person or multiple persons, it can be tuned to tell apart human activity vs pet activity. Our customer support team can help customize your sensor for your specific surroundings.

Do I need to use my own cellular plan for the device?

No, it has it's own built-in cellular to automatically connect to any nearby cell tower for true plug and play ease. And no Wi-Fi hassle.

Is there fall detection?

The Hello sensor tracks general activity. Though it cannot directly detect sudden falls, it can sense lack of activity and will alert if something seems out of the ordinary. Morning and evening checks available. With the Hello Plus, there is a call button feature to request immediate notification to contacts.

What if I'm away for an extended time?

You can set away dates easily within the dashboard or by submitting a support ticket to pause notifications during that time. No need to unplug sensor.

How much does it cost?

There are no additional device fees. Cost is a yearly subscription for cellular connectivity with continuous activity monitoring and notification service to up to 5 contacts. Subscription ends with return of device. No long term contracts. No early termination fees.

This product is available for use in the United States and Canada only.

Can I get multiple call buttons to place around the house?

Yes, you can request additional call buttons at $9.99 per unit. This can be added on at checkout.
