There is no battery for four reasons. 1. Safer for long-term indoor use and shipping. No swelling or fire risk. 2. More environmentally friendly, reduced electronic waste. 3. Lower maintenance. 4. Lack of power can be real sources of safety concerns when living alone. In the event there is a power outage, that is treated as an adverse event and contacts will be alerted. Though the sensor pauses sending activity data, the indication of missing data will be known. When the power comes back, the sensor reconnects automatically and resumes reporting.

To cancel your subscription of Hello and Hello Plus, contact us at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew afterward.
For Hello Tunes, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the one-time device fee, minus any applicable shipping charges.
After cancellation, the product must be returned within 14 days using the provided return instructions. The device must be returned in reasonable condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
