Please take two pictures showing 1) the main sensor AND the area in front and 2) the aux sensor AND the area in front. Stand as far back as you can while still able to easily see sensor. Make sure the picture shows:
1. The whole sensor
2. Where it is mounted
3. The walls in front of it
4. Nearby furniture or fixtures
Do not move or adjust the sensor. If possible, hold phone sideways for landscape view.
